Individual therapy can offer clients an opportunity to connect on a one-on-one level with a therapist to work through thoughts, goals, experiences and needs without fear of judgement.
The individual therapy process usually starts with a free 30 minute consultation appointment where we can explore what you’re looking for in a therapist, what your expectations are for the therapy process, and if we both agree that I’m the best fit to support you in working towards your therapy goals. If we both feel it’s a good fit we will move on to scheduling our first full 50 minute appointment.
